At this time, the temperature and humidity exceed the display range value. Wait for the sensor environment temperature to return to -40-70 ℃ or the local temperature to return to -10-50 ℃, and the humidity is between 1-99%.

The display can be normal.

There is no change in temperature and humidity within 30 minutes at the same time

1. Please check if the low battery icon of the transmitter is displayed and confirm if the transmitter is out of battery. If the low battery icon is displayed, please replace the transmitter battery and re pair it.

2. Please wait for 1 hour to confirm if the temperature and humidity have been updated. If there is no change in temperature and humidity after 1 hour, please follow the instructions to reconnect the sensor.

After the first power on or environment change, there is a large fluctuation in temperature and humidity

When there is a sudden change in the environment, temperature and humidity fluctuations are normal phenomena, and the product will tend to stabilize after 2 hours.
