Device Fails to Connect to Smart hub

Turn on Bluetooth on your phone.
Long-press the Bluetooth button and check if the indicator light turns on:
If the light is on, follow the pairing steps in the manual to add the
device to the Smart hub.
If the light is off, replace the battery.

Smart hub Cannot Connect to Mobile Device

Check the network connection ensure it is 2.4GHz Wi-Fi.
Verify that the Wi-Fi password is entered correctly.
Stay closer to the Smart hub during connection.

Device Disconnects

Check if the router is working normally.
If the Smart hub frequently goes offline, restart the router and observe.
Check if the Wi-Fi signal is unstable. If the distance between the Smart hub and router is too far, move the Smart hub to stabilize the connection.
