Sensor Data Not Received/Outdoor Data Not Displaying (Displays --.--)

Check Power: Ensure fresh batteries are installed correctly in the sensor.
Check Position: Ensure the sensor is within range of the console.
Re-sync: Press and hold the [CH] button to manually trigger a signal search and re-establish the connection.

Inaccurate Temperature or Humidity Readings

hade & Ventilation:Mount in a shaded, well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight.
Open Airflow: Hang the sensor in an open space with unrestricted air movement.
Vertical Mounting: Hang vertically with vents facing down to allow natural drainage.
Heat Distance: Keep at least 10 ft (3 m) away from any artificial heat sources.

Buttons Not Responding

Wait for Sync: Check for the RCC icon. If △ appears, buttons are disabled to prevent interference.
Wait for the search to finish (maximum duration 7 minutes) or press and hold the [RCC] button to exit manually.
Auto-Recovery: Leave the device idle for 2 minutes to allow the system to
reset.
Power Cycle: Unplug the power adapter and AA batteries, wait 30s, and
econnect to reboot the unit.

Screen Does Not Stay Light

Plug in the AC adapter for an always-on display. Once connected, you can select your preferred brightness level, and the screen will remain illuminated.
