It indicates that the temperature exceeds the minimum and maximum temperature ranges. Our temperature range of the thermometer is -9℃-60℃ (16℉-140℉). In this case, please try to remeasure or contact us for replacement.

The LCD does not display the detected temperature at night

The power is not enough for the thermometer. Try using it during the day when there is sunlight.
